For 5000 years acupuncture, herbs, therapeutic massage and nutrition have been at the four corners of the success story that is Chinese medicine. However, for many people, we may hear, for instance, that acupuncture works, but that is not enough. We want proof. The following are links to recent articles or research experiments which support the effectiveness of acupuncture for various medical conditions. I have also included articles that are not necessarily directly connected to Chinese medicine, but which are interesting in the larger framework of health, longevity and injury/disease prevention. Remember: If we can prevent it, we don’t need to worry about it!
