"Kay, I have had more fun talking with patients about your lecture! People seem really interested and with its correlation with mouths and whole body, it is a nice change to incorporate into homecare instruction.
ALSO, I have taken my husband off cheese and within 4 days, his sinuses were notably better! Since then, we have noticed yogurt and even a little butter affects him. (For years he has been telling me he can have dairy, just not milk). In addition to no dairy, he has gone off coffee and feels 100% better. He laughs and says I have taken away all his favorite foods, however, quickly adds how great he feels. He is very happy! We have been doing the Diet since your lecture.
My family loves the olive oil/butter recipe and the kids are at the age where they are WANTING to do the Anti-inflammatory Diet. We are all on board and doing it as a whole family this Spring Break while everyone is home. They are so into it that last night they said they are excited to continue it this summer. Our 22 year old even asked me for the class notes this morning. Anyway, our diet was OK before your lecture, however, now we are all working to REALLY improve it as a family, and as a team. We are honestly having a lot of fun with it!
